Package Capacity always remains the maximum for the full package, even when a country filter is active.
Flight options and seat capacity
Package Capacity is the hard maximum of the package. A Group Flight seat pool is an extra constraint inside it. Custom / GDS bookings count towards the package but use no fixed seat pool.
No group flights
Add a group flight to record a pre-purchased seat pool for this package.
Custom / GDS bookings
Flexible bookings without a pre-purchased seat pool — no capacity or remaining seats apply.
